3.3. Personal Data Category
The personal data collected and processed by Espírito Santo e Lamas, Lda. are only those that the costumer provides, voluntarily, when filling any form present in this online store.

The personal data of the Kamasutra customer is subject to processing in pursuit of determined, explicit and legitimate purposes, and is not treated in a manner incompatible with these.

- Entitites qualified as subcontractors, under the terms of the General Regulation on Data Protection, for the provision of services in the area of logistics and transport, information technologies, data storage, auditing, document management and litigation.
3.6. Conservation Deadlines
The treatment of your personal data will remain as long as it proves necessary of mandatory for the fulfillment of the purposes previously described.
The data processed in the context of the development, fulfillment and execution of a purchase and sale contract or services will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to manage the purchase of the products or services, including any returns, complaints or complaints associated with the purchase of the product or service concerned.
